Mut 23 won't let me play online
Hi, I recently have not been able to play any head to head online games in Madden ultimate team. When I go to play, it loads up for half a second than it kicks me back to the main menu saying I need to be connected to the EA servers.
This happen yesterday after I purchased Madden 24. I was on my 2nd gamertag at the time, but switched over , so I purchased Madden 24 on my main account. However, I've noticed I can play head to head games normally on my 2nd gamertag. So the issue is I can't play on my main gamertag anymore. Even solo challenges, it says problem with the server.
Console: Xbox Series S
Solutions I've tried:
1) hard reset
2) reset my modem and router
3) unlinked my 2nd gamertag from my EA account
4) cleared game cache
Photos attached, show the error messages I'm getting for both H2H and solo challenges

Please give the following steps a try to help with this error:
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
