MUT in Madden 23 does not show up and when I try to to play it via clicking on the ads in game, it says "error you don't have access to this section."

Try completely closing Madden 23 and load back in to it. Let me know if you can then enter MUT. Thanks!

Community ManagerTry clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
This is currently happening on my pc for madden 24, I have reinstalled and MUT still wont work.

I’m having the same problem with my desktop version. No Ultimate team popping up, just showing you don’t have access to this.
Happing on Xbox as well. Probably something to do with the update that screwed it all up.
Same thing with me. I went to open Madden 24 a little while ago, it had a small update, and now Ultimate Team is erased from the menus, says "You don't have access to this section" when I try to go through it by the ads on the menu. I've restarted numerous times. Great work EA Sports!
Right, it’s ridiculous they can’t implement an update without it breaking the game.
