“Our servers cannot process your request” when I try to access Gridiron Forge challenges (and only those; everything else works fine)

Stop posting workarounds and get a dev team competent enough to fix the damn issue. I will never spend money on an EA product again, what a joke.
@EA_Blueberry Come on my man, Any information at all would be nice even if its not the best news. I only have 2 more Kam tokens im waiting for and 1 of them is the Gridiron Forged which is supposed to be the easiest ☹️.
I have tried every lineup combo. Spent money on different coaches, stadium and jerseys and nothing fixes it. ☹️
Gridiron Forge finally works for me. Am on PS5. Previously to today it wasn't working for me on the PS4 version or the PS5 version. Not sure why it works now but it does.
I was finally able to get into the solos and complete them today. I don't know what changed but here was the lineup that let me in. I had tried with an all gold player squad before and it didn't work neither did my main lineup but I replaced Aaron Donald at RE with myles garret and it let me in. Super buggy and honestly just a disappointment all around from EA
I've recently seen a report in another thread where a player reported that removing all friends from the friends list not only solved the issue where doing that was suggested as a workaround, but also some other issues (in particular prohibiting to enter specific tabs or modes).
It is a complete shot in the dark but please could someone try to do the following:
please could you try deleting all your friends from your friends list (till you have 0 left) and then close the app and restart the console? this workaround seems to work for at least some players who face the same issue.
But please only do it if you are willing to help finding a solution and to spend your time doing so! In best case you do it if you only have a few friends in your list.
As I said, it is a shot in the dark! But hopefully it helps at least some of you.
This is what solved this error that plagued me for 2 weeks!!!
Im on PS5, had another PSN ID that was linked to my EA account email.
I contacted ea help, and the nice lady unlinked the unwanted PSN ID. I then linked the unwanted PSN ID to a different EA account email.
Boom!!! Im back into playing all solos and solo battles with no issues on my main account!
Kudos to whoever found this solution 👏
Finally was fixed for me today didn't even see this thread it just finally worked when I tried. Finally have my max Kam that I would have had 2 weeks ago
