Not being able to link EA to Twitch
I have watched all of the MCS twitch streams and have earned the prize drops given out for Madden 24. Only problem is that I have found that my EA was connected to an old Twitch that i no longer used. I thought I could fix this problem prior to the twitch streams by deactivating the connection through twitch on the old account and putting it as my new account. Come to find out that I have yet to receive any new packs, I checked to see if EA was connected to my old one, and sadly it was. I tried to switch them through the EA app but it told me that was not able to do so, as you keep your twitch on the EA account for a lifetime. Is there anything I can do to fix this? If not this was 8 hours over the span of 2 days that have been completely wasted. Please help!!

Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done since you can only have one Twitch account connected for the lifetime of the EA account.
