Not getting my twitch drops

So I I checked at least 5 times by now to make sure twitch and EA are linked correctly which they are, and I still have not received my two twitch drops that I claimed today and yesterday on the twitch app… they should be in my unopened packs in the MUT menu right?

    Just a post to let you guys know we are aware of this issue and are currently investigating.

    Please check you have successfully redeemed the token from your Twitch Inventory (https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory), as you need to claim each reward manually.

    Please also note that typically you need to claim each reward before the timer for the next drop begins.

    It is also important to note that players are limited to 2 "MCS Twitch Drop Bundles" per stream, containing an MCS Token and an MCS Campus Hero Pack.

    However, there may be more than 2 drops per stream - for example, the stream on 7th September had up to 5 drops available. Any additional drops would show as "Twitch Drop Pack" - so if you received 2 MCS Bundles but were expecting more tokens from additional drops, please note that this is working as intended, as per the info that was shared on the MCS Twitter page.

    Same Here and then when i went back to get my tokens for the waddle, then only gave me 2 of the 3.

    And said "This is all that we can do" Getting sick of all of these glitchy problems with this game and wasted my time watching this stupid stream.

    I watched the first day of the msc tournament and didn’t not receive my drops and was unaware of the steps required and was unable to claim my drops is there anything you guys can do

    @EA_Solaire ea.com/support told me to contact a community manager to correct my issue. I have not been able to claim my rewards from inventory since I received the notification. Not sire whats going on EA

    are we ever going to get our rewards or even an update?   My accounts are linked.  I claimed all of my rewards while in stream and never got any tokens or packs yet.  Been over a week and a half with no response.  But supposedly fixed for most everyone. Tell me again why I actually bought the game this year???

    good to know im not alone... still haven't received my MCs tokens after 2 submitted tickets and 10 days later.. get it together

    I'm having the same issues. I keep claiming GMM drops, but they never show up anywhere else other than Twitch. Contacted EA help and they direct my to the EA Report a Bug forum. Really wish they could figure this out. Just send us something to our MUT accounts. Screenshot provided to show claimed and content and account connected verification checkmark.

    I earned 3 packs all three wouldn’t let me claim even before the time for it to expire I contacted live support and they only awarded me two of the three I needed for the 88 waddle every time I ask for the third they tell me to come on here so I don’t know what to do now they even see on my account I have 3 packs earned

    I also was watching the wildcard weekend full stream and could t redeem anything night one and could tonight?? Why? I need my tokens I need Jonathan Taylor for my team and I just don’t think it’s fair all these problems continue to happen.
