Just happened to me in the year 2024. Finished my game in the divisional round, and boom, game crashed and now I cannot load back into it. The fact that this is still a problem seems to me like you guys just don't know how to fix it, or maybe you just don't want to. I don't know. What I do know though, is that I am done with this game and this company. Until you fix these game breaking bugs, don't expect another cent from me ever again. You guys are the absolute worst development team in the entire world. Shame on you guys.

Exactly same thing happened to me today after playging for 1-2 weeks. Just got back into Madden after 5-6 years of staying away.
Lost hours of gameplay and data, including 5 separate backup franchise saves and their respective autosave files. Ps5 offline franchise at that. This is ridiculous. Anyone able to get a refund? They've iced me on the psn chat stating no one is available to chat at the moment.
Really sick of this game's inability to load save files....Just wondering. Has anyone tried going through again and trying a different draft class the year it crashes? Maybe it’s having an issue with the draft class file? Clearly still needs to be fixed but just wondering.
