Online Franchise Reverting Back to Previous Save Point

Me and two friends started an online connected franchise. We did a fantasy draft and the draft glitched around Round 41… we quit and rejoined and the draft finished fine. The problem now however is...

Hello, everyone. I'd like to get this issue reported so it can be investigated. What consoles are you all playing on? So far, I've checked a few accounts and it looks like Xbox Series X. Is anyone else on PS4/5 or PC?

@EA_Aljo I am on PC along with a friend of mine. We were booted one time for inactivity while setting depth charts and then booted us back to the 4th round of the draft. Relogged into the league and got through to week 1 of the season just for the games to end and be sent straight back to the draft, no disconnection or anything, just straight from the finish game screen to a draft screen. We even stopped several times in the preseason to both leave the league to ensure that it was saving properly, to which is was, and then still got sent backwards to the draft.

    Platform(Include which Generation): PC
    Type of Network being used: Wired Connection
    Date/time issue occurred: 9/6/2022
    What were you doing when it happened (which round were you in)? Preseason Week 4, then Week 1 on the second attempt, both reverting to Round 4 of the draft
    What was the last action you completed before it happened? First time in preseason, doing depth chart and kicked for inactivity.  Second time, just finished the game and instantly loaded to Round 4 of the draft.
    How often does the bug occur? Happened twice now in this League.
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how, probably sim through a couple years and attempt to draft and see what kind of bugs you get.
