Summarize your bug The franchise file doesn’t save where I am at. It is currently stuck in the draft of 2026 round 4 pick 11 and for some reason no matter what I do, it always reverts back to that point in the draft, after I close out the franchise and close the game. I’ve played week one yesterday 9/10/22 and it saved fine but then when I turned it on in the morning it was gone and it took me back to that draft. The draft is just a random set of automated players that Madden gives you. I did not choose a draft file to save within my franchise file I’m not sure if this helps but I made a trade in the draft with a cpu player and ended up getting there 4th round pick 11, and a third round pick of 2027 and I gave them a young strong safety. That’s when it all started and now it always reverts back to that point in the draft and I can’t move on.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At this point there is no way to fix the bug myself. I’ve tried playing all the way up to week 2 and see if it would somehow save it at that point and it would not. The next morning it still reverted back to that point in the 2026 draft round 4 pick 11.
What happens when the bug occurs? I play and then log off the game and it looks like it saves. Then I log back on the next morning and my progress is gone.
What do you expect to see? I’m hoping EA you can fix this bug because I really want to play where I’m at. I don’t want to start a new franchise because I’ve gotten so far. From what I’ve been seeing many players have gotten this bug for over a month with no fix. EA please fix this glitch!!!

What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? Not sure, and this is not relevant to problem here.

No Screenshots or Videos will help Identify this glitch and the cause of the problem. The file reverts back to the same save point in that draft and I literally can't play at all until this gets fixed. According to other players this has been going on for at least a month. Please EA fix this problem!!!!
This draft revert bug has been an issue since M22. Unfortunately they do not know or care to fix it.

XBox Series X. Online. Year 3 of Franchise. No matter what, it deletes everything and goes back to Round 1 Pick 18. This is crazy.
Same problem here, and I’m confused as to why we can’t get an official response from EA on this. My buddy and I play through an entire season and complete another draft. Then played 8 games into that following season only to come back the next day and be reverted all the way back to the 2nd round of the previous draft. That’s 2 drafts and 1.5 seasons worth of lost progress. EA, please, updated us. We spend hours playing your game for no reason when this happens. So frustrating.
Same franchise loop back issue on the PS5. EA you need to fix your product!
