We are in a 32/32 man league. Two games now in week 1 of regular season 1 have failed to save results. Here is a video showing the final score, receiving an EA error, and then re-entering the franchise to show that the game progress was not saved.

This just happened to one my our league members today as well. Same exact situation, but on PS4.
Just finished my first season and tried to get through the draft. I kept getting disconnected "due to inactivity" during the draft and when I loaded back in i found myself at an earlier portion of the draft.
I was disconnected around 7x and got through the draft twice before it stopped crashing. I played a game is preseason and logged off for the night. This morning i was back at an even earlier round of the draft. No progress was saved. What's going on? It's super disheartening.
Now I'm wondering what to do. Is the save corrupted? Should i try simulating to later in the season and hope things get better? Should i start anew? Should i walk away for a couple months until things are improved?
I've been playing Madden games since SNES and it's so tiring to have these issues come up when they didn't back then.

I’m on a Xbox series X and for some reason my game doesn’t show an option to continue my career as HB. I go to manage careers and it says I’ve only done a QB career when I haven’t. When I hit continue career it brings me into my HB career… When I hit upgrade player it shows the upgrade player screen that is on the QB career I have. When I play a game, I play it as my HB and everything else shows that it’s my HB career except for my upgrade player screen. This is super weird and I have no idea if anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it. I don’t want to start a new career under manage career because I don’t want to lose my progress.
Is there a patch a workaround or something coming up to fix the auto save portion of the connected franchise? Right now some of the games will not save you play the full game come out and it shows that the game is not played. Or you'll play a couple of weeks into the regular season you'll come back and find that the franchise has been reset to the preseason both of these are League breakers is there any word on when there may be a possible patch
