Online Franchise Reverting Back to Previous Save Point

Forget the fix at this point I’m too frustrated with all of the issues especially when my saved data reverts back multiple weeks. I’m wondering if I can just get a refund. The franchise is the only reason I buy the game. I could careless about the dumba$$ MUT crap or any of the other garbage that is added every year. I paid good money for a game that doesn’t do the basics of what it is supposed to do.
