Online Franchise Reverting Back to Previous Save Point

I am with you. It keeps getting worse. 

This will definitely not help them when NCAA comes out next year. I know I will be done with Madden and I have bought it every year since the very first one. Yes, I am that old! lol

For us:

Franchise does NOT work. EA's servers are trash and are not keeping updates. 

We have a league going and we make trades, pick up free agents, etc. when we advance the week, gone!

You got one over on me this year EA. I spent $60 on a game I can't play. We all play in a Franchise and no other game modes. 

What are your plans to fix this as there are several people experiencing this issue and some of us do not play other modes of the game, so it is essentially unusable to us at this time. 

I am with everyone here in that we bought this to play franchise mode so the game is unusable and I do believe if EA does not fix this very soon, we need to get a class action lawsuit to get our money back. That is all I am asking for. Give me my money back since online franchise is all I play and I don't play your cash cow of MUT!

Date/time issue occurred: It happened twice the first around midnight or 1 am probably September 7th (I don't know we deleted the league since it is unusable. And 11:24 PM 9/17)
What were you doing when it happened (which round were you in)? The first reset we were in Round 6 of the rookie draft first year, and we paused the draft. A player traded up to the current pick and he was booted from franchise mode. He returned and made his pick. We advanced to week 1 of the regular season and then it started reverting to Round 6 of the draft. The second time we advanced to week 7 and while everyone tried to do training multiple players were booted from franchise. We got everyone back in, played our games, and advanced a week just for us to revert back to week 7.
What was the last action you completed before it happened? A trade in case #1 and just weekly training in case #2
How often does the bug occur? It has happened twice. In two franchises. Both within the first year. Makes Franchise unplayable.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure. I believe the bug is linked to the losing connection/booting in franchise. I read the best way to replicate it is to go to draft pause and trade with the CPU, preferably the current pick.

We have tried force advancing without playing. We have tried forcing through the season. We have tried letting it sit for a day. We have also tried advancing slowly. There is no fix. I have lost two franchises. Both of which were very enjoyable. Please fix the issue. This is the first year in three years I find madden enjoyable. I want to be able to play franchise, I do not want to have to delete madden and go another year without a football game.

It has been happening in a regular franchise season as well for me, just started happening im in the 2025 draft and it keeps going back to the draft. No matter what you do there is a glitch that ruins your whole draft and never allows you to move forward.

We need to spam this page. It is absolutely ridiculous how its been a month since the first complaint. It’s the exact same game as last year and the exact same problem as last year. How have they not fixed it already.

I’m no surprised by anything this video games does anymore. They simply don’t care. Has anyone been able to implement a good workaround? 

Its straight ridiculous. They make 3 billion a year off of fifa ultimate team alone every year. Even if u spend 1/8 of that revenue on a game it can’t be this bad. Such a * company 

No workaround yet after a month. Games unplayable 

Same issue for me on PS5. My playoffs reverted back to the draft randomly. So dumb!! Fix it EA!

@Ea stop just adding code on top of code every year. You do the same thing with every game. 0 effort
