[Online H2H] can't select Ranked Game

Summarize your bug I have no way to select a Ranked Head to Head match. From Exhibition > Online Head to Head > Settings > Game type is locked to UNRANKED. It doesn’t give me the option to toggle it to a ranked game, the game type field is greyed out and can’t be selected. If I search for an unranked game, it doesn’t connect me into a game and shows a loss on my record after I restart after 5-10 minutes of not connecting to a game. Is this a known issue that’s being investigated or experienced by others? You’d think online H2H play is a core feature that gets tested before a game release? C’mon EA, get your $&@! together.
