Our servers cannot process your request at this time... PS5!

This problem is still happening. So bad that the game that I paid 100$ for is unplayable on my PS5. I saw the thread claiming this is fixed well that's definitely not the case. Beta wasn't like this....

    Hi @Pantidropper6969 When you have a moment can you try going through a few troubleshooting steps with the Playstation?

    Spoiler
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    Clear your PS4/PS5's cache:  

    • Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.   
    • Select "Turn Off PS".   
    • Let the PlayStation fully power down and wait for 30-60 seconds.  
    • Restart the PlayStation.

Hi Everyone, 

If you still running into the error "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" popping up would it be possible to get the following information?

Platform(Include which Generation):
PSN ID or Xbox GT:
Type of Network being used:
Date/time issue occurred:
Are you getting an error message? 
What were you doing when it happened?
What was the last action you completed before it happened?
How often does the bug occur?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have:

i am still running into this problem and i haven’t played mut in about 2-3 weeks. that is about the only game mode i play as well
