Packs purchased are freezing?

Summarize your bug So I went on the game on 4/14 at about 11am maybe and I saw the new titanium packs so I purchased a couple other packs to trade the cards for training to test my luck. I bought the titanium pack and it froze for a little bit so I waited a few and closed app and went pack on lost the 28000! So I decided to say hmm maybe it was an error and tried it again and it didn’t work but I was clicking it from when it was outside the store on the front page to the left. I got on today at 1:30pm 4/16 and was inside the store buying the ultimate legends packs trying to test my luck for the new Faulk 99. Saw the titanium and had a lot of training points for it I went to it and bought a couple ofc nothing good so I went to my cards that I own and went back to the pack but again bought it on accident at the front page not in the store and it froze again. So I think the problem is when you try to buy it off the front page but I’ve lost 84,000 training already so it just made me miss out on a couple opportunities. If there’s any way I can atleast get the training back I’d appreciate it. Thank you I’m advance for the help!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Checking the main page of the titanium card.
What happens when the bug occurs? It freezes the game and makes it load forever.
What do you expect to see? The loading screen.
