Player disappeared from item binder after buying from auction Block MUT 23

unfortunately I already have and I’ve talked to ea help team 3 times already I’ve restarted my cinema and game several times it’s been 4 days and still no Solution

Same thing happened to me had 1 Crabtree that I bought a week ago and packed another 90 overall Crabtree went to bed got on couple hours later and one just disappeared it’s been 24 hours and still no solution. Thanks ea sports will never play this game again

I spoke to 3 different people at ea support and they said it was a visual bug and that they can see the 2 crabtrees on there end but I can’t. They said to reinstall game and to clear cache and the player will appear I’ve done that and waited 24 still nothing. I sold the 1 Crabtree I have so now I have nothing. They still owe me 1 Crabtree. Is ea scamming people?

was this ever resoloved or a solution provided? I have had this happen to me for probably 10 good players. So annoying. is there a way to refresh or for EA to tell what happen to the cards or where they are?

Also just happened to me.  Same situation.  Bought from auction and was in my binder but never put in my team, and then disappeared from my items a day or 2 later. 

How do you talk to EA on these issues?  submit a ticket through EA Help?  How long does that take?

Same thing just happened to me with the new LTD Justin Fields. Just lost 500k I’m so upset. 

So now it seems like this is happening to more players.... I've had 4 of my best players dissappear out of nowhere and talked to ea and they said they couldn't do anything because there was no fraud in the system. But clearly this is a glitch/bug issue.... I've lost 93 Jason Taylor (bought at auction) 92 tyreek hill (won in sets) 92 Mark clayton (bought at auction) and 90 tua tagaviola ( bought at auction) I haven't played the game since and I hope ea compensates us for this issue....  EA please fix this!!!!!

Just happened to me, 94 Joe Thomas, had him in the line up, played a few games, went to sell him, and now he's gone. He didn't sell, and he's not in the binder.
