[PS5] H2H losses for games where loading screen never ended (custom playbooks)

Summarize your bug So I’m loving the game but .I’ve taken at least 6-7 looses for games I haven’t even played, me and my opponent select teams and select our themes for offense and defense and the game never loads up fully. Next thing you know I have a score of 0-0 loss on my record and it’s occurred literally 6-7 times I have photo and video proof it’s destroying my record and rank before the game is even officially released ☹️ . Is there anything that can be done to salvage my record please intake this very seriously. Put slot of time and effort into this game already only to take fake losses
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have a video that may help? Also photos of the scores being 0-0 and me taking a loss without as much as the opening kickoff occurring the game nerv loads up and I loose?
What happens when the bug occurs? Sometimes I can hear my opponent sometimes I cannot, but regardless game never loads and I take the loss
What do you expect to see? A revised record? I would like my record to be reset to normal without all of the fake looses. If even take a 0-0 record anything but 8-11 6-7 looses that never occurred is horrible for my record and rank, I went from being ranked 400 to 0 in a matter of hours

*UPDATE* 10/15

The team put out a Title Update today to help address the following:

Addressed an issue for Custom Playbooks being used in Online Head-to-Head modes

Shoutout to @Dtkach37 for these steps:

Set both the Main Setting in Game Options to custom playbook ( it wants to default back to “Team Specific”)

Then set Custom Playbook under Advanced Settings after Quick Match.

Our Support team is not able to make any adjustments to records for accounts. That is not a feature available through their tools. @Ohhthatsyogirll It’s also happened to a few friends of mine, there is something wrong with the connectivity or players are exploiting some type of cheat/glitch . Lots of 0-0 losses and we are all on lan cable great connection on other games no problems at all

Summarize your bug I received 4 losses from head to head games that I didn’t even play. Majority of the games I played didn’t even load they made me select my game plan and kicked me out and I received a lost for it.. I’ve been playing online head to head for years and never had this probably. My record is 6-5 it should be 6-1!
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By fixing your servers!!
What happens when the bug occurs? Logs me out of ea servers!
What do you expect to see? My record what it’s suppose to be

Summarize your bug Hey my psn is prime_timep I have a ps5 and I cannot get into a head to head match on next Gen . The game matches me with some one but never starts and I automatically lose started doing this after my first game on the Trial. My Record is 5-16 I’m on a 9 game losing streak from games I did not play. and I only played 3 games out of 21 games I deleted and reinstalled the game but it’s doing the same thing I bought the MVP edition so I can play early I Love madden can you help me with this error and possibly restart my stats I take pride into trying to be in the top 100.

Summarize your bug Online head to head game don’t start and I still get Loses for it. Game doesn’t even load up and a error occurs but I get the lost.

This Have been happening to Me Since Trial, I have Losses 8 in a Row Because of This! It Doesn't load Past Gameplan as Soon as Opponent does their's it Kicks out then I get lose most or majority of tha Time!!

i thought i was the only one i’ve been dealing with the same thing since the trial released, im now a tacky 8-7 with 6 losses coming from the 0-0 loss glitch … ppl paid some good money for a bad unfinished product game was 100 dollars

Everytime I try and go into a game the other person seems to back out after selecting the game plan and it gives me a loss every time. Is anyone else experiencing this?
