I’ve already spoken to an advisor and they pushed me in your direction. All I’m looking to do is verify my PSN ID so you can unlink it with whatever email it is associated with and link it to my EA account.
Community ManagerI'm very sorry you were directed here. Unfortunately, it's not something we'll be able to help with. Only an advisor can make changes to an account once they have verified ownership.
This is so frustrating! Someone hacked my account and all I’m trying to do is verify my PSN ID with EA but EA says they can’t do anything if I don’t know the email associated with my PSN and PlayStation can’t contact EA to verify my identity. Somebody has to have access to do something here and not send me back and forth!!
