Purchased madden 23 all madden edition but only got the standard edition

I purchased the all madden edition of madden 23 on July 22nd and all I got was the standard edition. I didn’t get any of the perks for the current madden 22. I looked at my purchase history and I see...

    I selected the pre order advertisement from the madden 22 Home Screen, that directed me to the Microsoft store via my Xbox one.

        EA is apologizing but that’s not helping the issue. 100.00 is a lot of money to not get what you pay for. There has to be a fix for this.

    I have the same issue. Bought the all madden edition but only the standard edition downloaded. What do I do? It was purchased from the PlayStation network.

      I’m having the same issue. I contacted PlayStation. Butt Hole #1 told me to restore my license. That didn’t work. Butt Hole # 2 told me to go to the game and download the content. That didn’t work either. So I paid for the all Madden and all I can download is the standard. It now says unavailable. Well duhhh I already brought it. I took screen shots of the transaction but when I go to install the game in the app I get this
