Purchased madden 23 all madden edition but only got the standard edition

I purchased the all madden edition of madden 23 on July 22nd and all I got was the standard edition. I didn’t get any of the perks for the current madden 22. I looked at my purchase history and I see...

What makes you think EA gives a sheet about your issue? This is a lazy and greedy publisher who is as slimey as a company can get. They'll take your money and not think twice about it. I bought that trash Battlefield 2042 played for a few hours hated it but wanted to give it a chance. Ended up with 10 hours of gameplay the first week it was out. Finally had enough and couldn't do it any longer and aske for a refund. EA: Go F@ c k yourself, was their reply. $70 down the toilet, haven't touched the game since. They stole $70 and told me to go scratch. There isn't a decent bone in a single employees body at EA.
