Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried creating a new lineup under your roster and set it to BEST OVR to see if that clears up this error? That works for this error for other various MUT issues. 

Do you get this error when you visit your pack section or when you go to try and open up a pack?

    I actually saw your post above about the steps to take and unfortunately it did not work for me, tried twice just in case I missed something. This is a known issue from even last year. This issue is happening when I try to visit pack section. Every other aspect of the game works perfectly..challenges..opening other packs..AH.

    For this request please contact our Support team below so they can submit a ticket to the Madden team to help get this addressed for you. We unfortunately do not have a timeframe on when this type of issue will be resolved, however this is the correct path I have to direct you to go in order to get a resolution around this issue. I'm sorry you've been impacted by the latest Sugar Rush event eggs blocking you from accessing the packs. I've raised this issue to the Madden team so they are aware of players receiving this type of bug so they can understand what can lead to this happening in the future.

    I know one player wasn't able to open up more packs due to their binder being full. They wouldn't be able to open up the packs because any items there wouldn't be accepted to their binder. Do you have room to free up in the binder? I am not sure if that will help but figured I'd ask.

    I have talked to 20+ agents and they send me here. The most frustrating part is every chat they tell me it's not a known issue, even though I reported it everywhere I could. I don't know what to do.

    Any update as it's now 6 days in..and still not even an email from EA just nothin..please help!!

    Hey there! Apologies, I was out for the last couple days. The last update I received is the team is looking at the account, however this may take longer to address due to the amount of eggs that appeared on the account.

    How did you acquire that many eggs?

    I Have just been grinding all year. I had 100+ million coins. Since I stream I thought I would go all in on Eggs for content..lesson learned

    The problem is obviously the amount of eggs and them crashing the server..if they cant fix it..is it possible they could take some eggs away until it's not over the limit? I'd rather lose some then everything I worked for. I cant play the game as it's all my coins. With Golden Tickets coming soon I just want some coins..thx for everything you do.

    Still no email from EA help..no timetable..day 10 of not being able to play.

    Hi there. I've been informed this is being looked at by the team to determine the root cause and how they intend to address it as removing the high amount of packs or eggs from accounts is unfortunately not a quick fix. We must ask you to remain patient and keep an eye on your case for further updates.
