@ooghostface After seeing some other complaints, I realized that it signed in under my son’s “persona” for some reason. Which doesn’t make any sense since he doesn’t play Madden. My persona isn’t even listed. It’s really disheartening that others have been having this issue for so long. I use the companion app for 100% of my auction buying/selling. I didn’t complain when it crashed nearly every time or the numerous other bugs and glitches that I’ve just grown accustomed to, but not being able to use the app at all makes the game useless to me.

    I do to use the app a lot for buying and selling. It is easier to do those from the app than in game. Sometimes when a card comes out, I would sell power ups or cards related to that new cards from the app instead turning on my ps5 just to do that.

    Finally got my app to work. I play on a ps5 though. I uninstalled the app and re-download the app. I tried using my ps5 persona and that didn't work. I switched and used the ps4 persona and now it is working again.

    We can't guarantee that can work for everyone. The team is aware of login issues due to the inability to swap the persona. See this thread below for updates:

    I have tried re-dowloading and doesnt work for me. Hope they can fix this soon.
