@EA_Lanna On PS5 trying to log in to play Madden 23 it asks me to enter my email address. When I enter my email address it says,”This is your email address across all EA games and websites.”

Ok, thanks for clearing that up. The caching likely isn't a factor so but resetting the password has helped some console players encountering that error message.
