its 2020 and stuck on offseason FA 3. It’s been stuck and it has a locked screen on my rejected contract player tab

Now I’m unable to even play games in franchise mode. 

In 10th season. Play Xbox one. When attempting to play a game in franchise mode the game

all together crashes and goes back to

the Xbox one main menu.

Is this fixed on madden 20? Have the same issue only two years in on connected franchise 

I have run into a similar issue in year 6 of my franchise in Madden 20.  I have also seen others with this issue.

Surprise!!  Still having the issue.  I have an open ticket for a call back by phone.  I was promised a call back in 3 and 1/2 hrs.  It has been over 4 and  no call back yet.

Same problem on PS4. Year 2025 just finished regular season. Nothing under things to do. 

So how do I fix this issue on my online Madden franchise? Do I have to just wait like some people were speculating or do I have to restart my system.  Or has an update yet to have come out yet.  I tried troubleshooting in the franchise like changing commissioners or putting auto advance on but you still need the Things To Do page to be showing options I believe.  If you need to get back my email is ([edit: email address removed]).  Thank you

Hello, me and 32 other league members in a online CFm are all stuck at week 7 of our franchise in year 4. All of the league members have put hundreds of hours into this league just to have it stuck at week 7, the game won't let us advance the league, if this issue could be fixed it would be greatly appreciated. Cant afford to lose this league after all the work that some of us have put into it. CFM needs way more focus than what it is currently getting... the community needs more help and assistance than what its getting.

This is still happening to me, was stuck advancing after the superbowl and had to delete game from system, re-installed and had to re-play Super Bowl, now I am unable to advance in offseason. 

I'm not re-installing this game again I would like my money back. This was a waste of $70

I have this issue too.  I advanced and the game froze during sim to next week.  Can't do anything.  Madden app says check back later advancing to next week.

It is 2022 and this is still a HUGE problem, I have had this game for about 2 months now and have not been able to play not one game in Franchise Mode, I can practice, I can hire and fire coaches, i can do everything but advance the week. 

I am having the same issue with the week being locked. Finished my 3rd regular  season 2024 getting ready to start the playoffs and the advance week is locked. Single player in cloud. Please fix
