Unbelievable, 10 days ago my case was escalated to the specialist, and I still have no answer. I don't know how much they got to investigate..
@EA_Barry cant you just give us the packs that we paid for, i paid 110 AUD for madden nfl 16 deluxe season edition with 22 bonus pro packs and i have not received one
whats the hold up?
The specialist team contacted basically saying that they can't do anything for me. They gave me a Deluxe Edition code, but those codes where supposed to be redeemed by August 31st, so I won't get all the packs. I guess I will contact PS support before redeeming that code

Just to let you know we are still looking into this.
I contacted them the day after I bought the game and they told me that I had to wait a week until I get the packs... yeah sure.
I insisted and then they took my case to the specialist team, which told me that they can´t fix that problem. The worse thing is that edition is still in the ps store, I wonder if people will keep getting scammed.
- I just purchased this from Xbox One Store, it is more expensive than normal game on black friday/deals with gold. I bought this because of the packs. Any word if the 22 packs will be granted or if refunds will be incomming?

Did they add all of the packs you were supposed to get? Problem with that being I've waited an hour now. Nobody came to help me.

I've waited for an online agent 3x and each time was over an hour before I gave up. The screen said that an agent would be available in less than 5 minutes.... LOL I finally got a hold of them. Waited an hour and a half. They manually added the pro packs.
