@moneyob713 Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?

@Smackdaddy356 Please run the UO trace in these steps http://bit.ly/ConnectivityBTS under "Test Your Connection" and post the results so we can determine the cause of the connection problem.

If you are wireless make sure there is no interference between your router and console. Also make sure nobody else is sucking your connection as high network traffic will cause this. Another thing is to refresh your IP by doing a hard reset on your modem, router and console, in that order.

im having this isdue on ps4 its been like this going on 2 weeks says Sorry it appears EA servers are currently down. We are working to address this problem.  please try again later. for additional information please see ea.com/unable-to-connect. 

I have tested my internet connection no issues all other streaming apos play fine just cant sign in to ea server
