Re: Madden 20 won't load past intro

What do you change the DNS to now? I can’t get into my ultimate team at all I’ve put a lot of money into this game

Go to your Xbox Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > DNS settings and select 'Manual'. Then enter 8.8.8.8 as the primary and 8.8.4.4 as the secondary. Then restart your Xbox (don't bother waiting for the network test to finish). I couldn't get past the loading screen either and this worked for me.

I did that and it doesn't work still.I am on a xbox one howbout you?

I got the same issue, talked to one of their horrible customer service people and he told me everything I had to do but it didn’t work

Didn't work did it 3 times nothing.

I believe you're right I've tried all day and nothing works.  I even bought the game full price and now nothing

Here's a temporary fix for me on Xbox One...I turn wifi off, load the game, then turn wifi back on.

This works for me too. Nothing else fixed this, spoke to both EA and XBox they keep pointing the finger to each other. Seems more of an EA issue to me but the game does work if you follow above, annoying. 

I changed mine and it froze on breaking the huddle now this is very frustrating
