Any other suggestions for this issue? It’s been happening to me on and off for the last few days. I’ve tried rebooting everything to no avail. Yesterday it was a problem for a few minutes in the morning and then resolved itself. Today I’ve been having no luck for over an hour.

Hey there I got this game earlier this week and have been trying to play it and I tried all the ways by power cycling and deleting and reinstalling but nothing has worked

What is happening when you try to play?

It says I must be logged into the ea servers and Xbox servers ( which I already am) and I’m trying to play face of the franchise and it will not let me. I’ve power cycled everything. I deleted and reinstalled the game and it’ll only let me play the play now

Try deleting the personal saved data for Madden NFL 23.  There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

• Press the Guide button and then highlight the Madden 23 tile.
• Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
• Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
• Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

• Go to your Xbox Settings
• Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
• Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Can you play other games online? Normally, the message you're seeing means you're not logged in. Have you spoken with Xbox support to see if there are any issues with your account? Also, does this happen with any other modes or is it only Face of the Franchise?

Thanks for all the details. Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas for this. Possibly, an advisor will have some other suggestions. Try opening a case here. Could you let me know if they're able to get this fixed or not? I'm really curious about this.

Actually, there are a couple other things you can try. Take a look at the network settings and make sure your NAT type is 1. Also, try removing your PSN ID from your console and adding it back.

I’m having the same issues but when I’m in the game it won’t let me sign into my ea account by pressing rt, it just keeps showing me the message. I did a full system reboot also unplugging the console for 1-2 minutes to no avail. I’m also running my wifi off of hotspot currently so I’m currently stumped
