This isn't something that we can help out with over Answers HQ, live support or through EA Help. You'll need to submit a dispute with Terms of Service to see if the ban can be lifted.

  • The same thing happened to me. I wrongfully got banned about three weeks ago. And as soon as I got banned I emailed EA and called them many times to review my case and no one is helping me. Any time I call I get told it’ll be resolved within the next couple days. It has now been almost three weeks and I get no responses from my emails. This isn’t fair at all. I spend so much money on the game I deserve to play it at its full potential. I am frustrated because it seems no one will help me.

    I see your case is still under review. If you haven't heard anything by Monday, let us know and we'll get it escalated again.

  • Thank you for the response I’m not asking for much all I’m asking is you guys review my case so I can play the game I spend so much money on. The auction house is a huge part of the game as I can’t get players to upgrade my team. I spend way too much money on madden cash to get bundles for something like this to happen. I would understand if it took couple days but it’s been almost three weeks. That isn’t fair. But thank you for the response.

  • Hello sir, it is now Monday and I have not heard anything yet. May you please help me, this issue is way over due and I just want to get back to playing my Ultimate Team to its full potential. Thank you

    Thank you for the update. I have escalated your case again. Please keep an eye on your email. If you don't have a response by next Monday, let me know. We're facing a very large influx of cases due to the recent increase in people playing our games so it can take longer than expected to get a response. I'm very sorry for the frustration ☹️

  • @EA_Aljo I bought a bunch of packs and sold all of the players I pulled and now my auction house is locked, it makes no sense how that happens, please fix this because now all the coins I acquired I can’t use. PLEASE fix this ASAP
  • @EA_Aljo Yes I logged on yesterday and my auction house was locked and all I did was buy packs and sell the cards..
  • @EA_Aljo Yes I got banned from the auction house just for buying packs, please un ban me ASAP because without the auction house I can’t play because I sold almost my whole team

    The same problem happen to me. It was so frustrating because I was not able to make any moves to my team. And it took about a month for my auction house to veg unblocked but I came to the answers HQ and he was able to help me very fast. Because prior I was waiting for about 3 weeks to get an answer back from EA but when I came here he helped me get my auction house unbanned after about a week. 

  • @EA_Aljo it’s been 3 weeks since I was banned from the auction house and all you’ve guys have said is your investigating it and that’s it. ALL I DID WAS BUY PACKS AND SELL THE PLAYERS AND I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO PLAY THE GAME FOR 3 WEEKS
  • Can you please help me I’ve tried reaching out many times and this is getting very annoying, I’ve been banned from the auction house for a MONTH

  • @EA_Aljo I was for 14 days starting Feb.26,2021 Nd it’s March 13,2021 it’s been 15 days today. Why haven’t I been unbanned from the auction house yet?
