Hey Everyone, can you try the following and let us know if you continue running into this issue?

• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• PC - Check any AV or Firewall that might interfere/control network traffic
• Check your Modem/router settings for anything that may block/interfere with network traffic
• Switch from Wi-Fi to ethernet, or if unable move closer to your router. 
• PC - Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server) 
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
• Console -  Remove then re-add your Gamertag

What do you mean with remove and readd gamertag?

I have Xbox X it was working now I get the unknown log on error

Brother i know it’s not ur fault but id like to be able to play the game i spent money to play early like all my friends be playing and i’m just stuck

My gamertag is QuanRobinson on Xbox series X. I am experiencing the same problem.   I keep getting a message that says unknown login error occurred and I can't access any of the game modes under my profile. But other profiles on my Xbox were able to access MUT.

Can you fix this please! This is not right!!!

I've done all of this and still nothing. None of the accounts on my xbox can get into the game. I demand a refund for my paying to get early access to this game. This is unacceptable.
