Let's see if it's connectivity related. Can you try disabling the internet from the Xbox and then insert the disc. Let me know if you can get in that way.

Community ManagerGood to know. Can you let me know if rebooting the network can help you reconnect? If you're not able to connect from multiple EA accounts this narrows it down to a hardware or network issue. Please check all the steps in here and confirm with me once they're all done whether they helped fix it for you or not.

FINALLY! Just resolved my issue (Xbox One)
Settings > General > Power Mode and Start up > Full Shutdown. After about 20 minutes i went back in to reboot the game and pressed start at the “Press Any Button” Screen . Loaded as advertised! Hope this helps
