"Your Account has been restricted from accessing any online features." I just purchased EA Play for the 10hr trial so I could test the waters with M23, but I keep getting hit with this message and...

Hi I have bought madden 23 on Thursday been playing it for 2 days. Multiple times I have been kicked out saying “You have lost your connection to ea servers. You will be unable to access any online features until u sign in to the ea servers again.” I have uninstalled the game reinstalled it. Restarted my Xbox and nothing still kicking me out I just wanna play the game idk what to do?
