I finished the RIVALZ challenges 195/195, but I didn’t get the fantasy pack nor the amount in the set to get one of the 3 players. Help please?

Summarize your bug Was suppose to receive a reward and when i went to look for it in my binder it was not there.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the Rivalz challenges and see if you get the rewards.
What happens when the bug occurs? It shows you the card as a reward but when you go to the mut menu then look in your binder its no longer there.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my Rivalz matser player token card.

The picture is to big to upload. Completing all the Rivalz challenges is suppose to give you all the tokens to get a pick between three 85 ovr players and it never gave me the final token so i am stuck with only 4 instead of 5 this is on Origin.
I also had that problem and I grind it all night long kind of disappointing that I can’t get my player
