[Scheduled Maintenance] Unable to Access Connected Franchise - 10/22 6:00AM ET.

The team is aware and investigating an issue where some users are not able to access their Cloud Franchises. We will provide any updates as we get them to this thread.

UPDATE (10/20): During an upcoming server maintenance on Thursday, October 22, some changes are planned to address the issue of players who are unable to access their Cloud Franchises.

UPDATE (10/21): 

There will be server maintenance for all online modes in Madden NFL 21 on Thursday, October 22nd at 6:00AM ET.

During this time, all online modes will be offline and will come back online once maintenance is completed.

Solo Battles will also be gated as early at 5:00AM ET to protect players from any issues and will unlock after maintenance is complete.

We will update this thread when maintenance is complete.

    So not even a single update or ETA? This has been an issue for like 4 or 5 days and we have gotten nothing.

    Come on fellas this has definitely been enough time to give us something to look forward to... Can you guys please provide an update or ETA? Thanks

    Why does it take more than 2 hours to upload patches that should have already been created? Are your programmers writing it as they go? Could explain the constant issues that don't seem to ever get resolution...

    Also, why do it at 6am when people are up and trying to use the product? Why not 2am, like what companies that care about their employees/customers do to ensure their satisfaction? Is it because all Madden fans are correct in their assessment that you guys don't care and feel entitled to everyone's money?

    I thought this was tagged 2 hours ago because that would make sense.  But the servers have been down today, 11/5 for over 2 hours.  What gives?  Where's the acknowledgement/eta?

    @EA_Blueberry I'm still havening issues with my connection. Unable-to-connect, been like this for a week, can someone please fix it, I only had a chance to play 27 online games and now this. I'm paying for online service that I can not use.
