Face of the Franchise Summarize your bug I have a QB in FOTF that was supposed to receive 3 Skill Points after gaining Level 20 and 21 and the Skill Points in Upgrade has remained at 0. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As explained What happens when the bug occurs? No skill points that were earned What do you expect to see?     Hi Everyone, 

    When you have a moment can you try the following steps and check if you are still missing skill points?

    • Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates 
    • Persistent Storage 
      • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
      • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 
    • Alternate Mac: 
      • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
      • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
      • Select restart

    What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Lilbabywick

    What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
    Which mode has this happened in? Face of the Franchise
    Summarize your bug If I play HB or WR ..I can play for a few games then it freezes..I jump back in and it changes my player to QB ..
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess playing FoFat the HB or WR
    What happens when the bug occurs? It glitch’s sometimes like I’m a QB in game play ..but I can’t upgrade the HB or WR position because it has QB upgrades when clearly I’m a HB or WR
    What do you expect to see? I see HB and WR game play but my X-factor and skills upgrade are QB skills and Upgrades

    This has been getting reported since September, they're too lazy to fix it. Just gotta put up with it at this point.

    Same thing is happening to me on xbox. Is there a fix for this?

    What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
    Which mode has this happened in? Face of the Franchise
    Summarize your bug After the games as my player levels up it shows me I earned skill points, but when I go to apply them it says 0. I'm on level 20 and it's done this for the past 3 or 4 levels.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Level up player in FOTF mode.
    What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get the skill points I earned
    What do you expect to see? My skill points
