Solo battles bugged

Madden has given me consistent problems since the first day I got it. I have waited in hopes to get it resolved through updates but still nothing after 4/5 weeks. Every time I finish a season in MUT I never receive the award. For example, I just won the supper bowl in H2H seasons and didn't receive the reward package or coins.

The main complaint is that in MUT Champions season I never get any rankings. I finish all 25 games and then It gives a red cross and no rankings. After every game I got a red cross. Now that I am done with all 25 games it says "Complete" in green above it. When I click on it it gives a a greyed out square and says unranked underneath overview because it didn't register any of the games. Now I can't do a new season until the competitive season renew after 14 days. Thus, can't finish rewards that require 35 wins in Mut champions. On top of that I never got rewards either.

I just recently got solo battles fixed for the first time after complaining to the EA support staff about that for weeks. Now that I told EA support staff about these two issues they told me to come here and make a post because there is nothing they can do. If only I knew this game was handled this way....

I have also experienced these problems. I have done 3 H2H seasons and won the superbowl and regardless i do not receive my rank up packs, superbowl/playoff rewards, or even the coins. I have also experienced the MUT champions problems as well.

Played one game and got locked out.

Same here. It did it to me yesterday also. I played 3 games yesterday and then it locked me out. Today I played 1 game and then nothing. What is going on?

Hi all,

I’m having trouble playing my Solo Battles. When I go into the Solo Battles menu, the only options are “My Rank” and “Top 100”. Last week I was only able to play 10 games before this happened to my account and after it reset this week I was only able to play 1 before the issue occurred. It’s making it impossible to play my games and continue completing the Competitive Field Pass.

Hopefully someone is having the same issue and can help me out!

I have had the same issue for the past 2 days. I even called EA customer support and spoke with a representative for about 10 minutes about a resolution. After paying $60.00 for the game on PC, you would think there would be more initiative to fix this bug for customers and players. Now, I will be unable to achieve the rewards due to time based challenges (Ex. 98ovr Tom Compton in the Competitive Field Pass). After asking for a refund for the game considering I cannot play what I paid for, I was denied because I’ve owned the game for more than 3 days. There is “nothing else” they could do except take my EA account details in case there is an eventual fix. Good luck. This will be the last madden I buy, unless EA finds a reasonable solution, which in my mind shouldn’t be difficult.
