Solo battles bugged

It's Friday and I still haven't gotten a single solo battle this week.

The bug persists into a second week. Everyone predicted that the Competitive Field pass would reset today (it did) everyone predicted that those who missed high level rewards due to Solo Bug being gone would _NOT_ be compensated (we weren't) but no one expected the bug to go into a second straight week (IT DID! )

Everyone figured EA would "sneak" a fix in with the bi weekly field pass reset (IT DIDN'T)

Fix this bug, EA. You're dishonoring the memory of Coach Madden who you were more than happy to exploit to sell this bug ridden debacle of a game.

I logged a support ticket with EA on this and got a generic "Check your internet connection, and run system update on PS4" reply from them.  No mention of the issue, even though they posted it on twitter.  *&%$ing lousy. 

it's now Monday 10/10/2022 , nine days with zero populating solo battles

Cmon EA get this sorted, 2 weeks of this is taking the p***

Like many others, I haven't been able to complete solo battles in the past week, and am also currently unable to. Unable to complete field pass through solo battles (which I prefer). I saw the post that linked an EA twitter response "We are aware and looking into this....etc. etc. etc."

I tried to complete a help support ticket, and it directs me to the Answers HQ, so I am unable to document this bug and how it is impacting my gameplay, and advance of the field pass.

This is so disappointing. Other AAA games I have played (COD series, Battlefield series, WoW), they would definitely have some buggy messes at times. The DIFFERENCE - they usually got ahead of this and communicated clearly with the player base of the problem status. At the very least, they acknowledged the problem.

What other businesses operate like this???? - where you totally do not acknowledge a customer problem, and prevent a customer from accessing/documenting through customer support. I can think of some - ENRON, the early cigarette industry, Purdue Pharma and the Sackler family.

I know Madden is just a game, and I'm not a "the sky is falling" sort of gamer. I am just disgusted with EA right now, unless they are planning some sort of fix right now and it just hasn't been released.

If the solo battles are not fixed by Thursday and all missing rewards granted, I think EA can say goodbye to a significant cohort of players. 

Only a small % of players spend heavily on packs and many are indicating they are ready to jump ship. 
Many are streamers and influencers. 

H2H play is already boring with no rewards, when the whales start leaving it will get worse.

NMS players don’t play online. 

Let’s have some comms and make an effort to make amends please.
