Squad Seasons stays on loading screen

Summarize your bug Whenever I try to play squad seasons, me and my friend both ready up. And it brings us to the black loading screen. The problem is, it just stays on the black loading screen and never puts us in a game. This has been occurring for 3 days now and it is extremely frustrating since I spent so much money on this game. We aren’t able to play squad seasons at all, please fix this it is very irritating.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure, but I need the issue fixed. It doesn’t load us into a squad season game, it just stays on the loading screen forever.
What happens when the bug occurs? It just stays on the black loading screen the whole time.
What do you expect to see? I expect to load into a squad seasons game and play

Everytime I load into mut squads, I get stuck on a blank, black page with the loading symbol. I can play h2h, everything else, but squads. Why??

It’s been happening for me and my brother when ever we try to load into squads it just get stuck and we can’t load in but everything else works fine

Can't load into a match when queuing with friend in duo squads. It finds a match but stays in an infinite loading screen for me and my friend.

Every time I try to load into a game of MUT Squads, I get stuck on a loading screen. Both me and my teammate are plugged in using ethernet cords and our connection statistics are both good. What is causing this??

Hey, everyone. Do you all happen to have more than 100 combined people that are on your friends/blocked list? If so, remove enough to get this down to under 100 and let me know if that helps or not. Thank you.

I have far below 100 friends/blocked players on my account. The issue is still going on, can you please report this to your development team. They need to update the software or some thing because this is an ongoing issue… I have tried every possible solution and nothing is fixing the issue, can you please report this bug to the madden 23 development team. Because so many people are unable to play squads. It just stays frozen on the black loading screen whenever you ready up, I will attach a photo to show you what the screen looks like.
