I haven't been able to play the game since i preordered it. It either won't load at all or if i am lucky enough for it to load i can't sign into EA account to access online. Every other game and EA game i own works just not Madden 23. I am super pissed i spent $100 on this game for nothing. I have tried everything to get it to work with no luck. I am an Xbox S user.

I wanted to confirm what happens when you try to launch Madden 23 or access any specific mode?
Most of the time it gets stuck on the loading screen, for example right at the "buckling chinstrap", it will stop loading and be stuck. Sometimes i am lucky enough to get into the actual game, but then i have never been able to log into EA network to do anything. Every other EA game i have works just fine, MAdden 23 is only game not working. I am super frustrated......
I can't access for franchise mode,
When I try to search my league by it's name it doesn't show up in search results.
When the commissioner for my discord league friended me and tried to invite me, he got an error message.

All I've gotten is "we're working on it." It's just so vague and insincere I'm at loss for what to do...I bought a product that doesn't work and the entity I bought it from can't even communicate why it doesn't work or when it's going to be fixed.
It's just the feeling that they don't give a crap about you that compounds the frustration I've honestly never experienced this type of thing before.

I've done all my UT challenges and have not leveled up past the midway point of Level 2. Contact customer support and they said it's an ongoing issue and it would be resolved at some point.
Basically the game is unplayable in its biggest, and most fun, mode for me. To the point where I'm just going to give up and wait for Fifa.
