Stuck at loading screen
Im stuck at the main loading screen with the music playing. Already have uninstalled and reinstalled, hard rest Xbox and wifi modem…and still nothing. I paid money for a game Ive barely been able to play.

Hey @nicklamj Can you check out the following steps and go through the ones you haven't so far, if you keep seeing issues let us know!
- Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
- Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
Hi there,
I went through all the steps you provided and Im still having issues with launching the game. Meaning im still stuck at the same screen as before
I’ve tried those steps and it’s still stuck on the main loading screen.
