Team captain upgrade tokens lost
On maddden 23 ultimate team. I put my previous team captain Keyshawn Johnson who was tier 4 in the exchange set to get a new team captain (Eric Allen) when I was doing the exchange the game let me exchange it I did not have to downgrade my tier 4 Keyshawn Johnson at all. So I figured it was going to be fine I thought my upgrade tokens was going to go to my binder. But that was not the case when I tried to upgrade Eric Allen it said I needed the upgrade tokens which was already used for Keyshawn and now basically lost. I can’t redo the challenges for them nothing. I tried contacting live support chat for help but I did not get any solutions from them I waited like almost 2 hours to see if they could do something but they just told me to post on here and basically hope for the bests I just was my upgrade tokens for so I don’t be behind all year long with my team captain. Or either some sort of return or something that is equal value. Because missing these first two upgrade tokens are going to have a long last affect on my team captain be ima always be behind.
