Team Diamonds Set issues

Same with me, except I cannot put Andy Janovich in the Brian Cushing set to complete him. That is the last card I need to put in and its frustrating that we continuously are getting stonewalled every promo by bugs and glitches. I still havent received my bnd campus heroes and dont expect to get them at this point but this is horrible. I dont understand how people over at EA arent fired over mess ups this big consistently.

Summarize your bug I am unable to complete the Team Diamond Brian Cushing set. I have all the players and when I try to redeem the set, it tells me that the servers cannot process my request at this time. Once I log back in, it says I completed the set but the cards are still there and I dont have the card I am trying to get. This happened when Ultimate Kickoff first dropped as well, and I could not get Von Miller or the Christian McCaffery masters.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to complete team diamond set
What happens when the bug occurs? Error message and says the servers are unable to process my request at this time
What do you expect to see? I would like to be able to complete the set at least. I dont want anything for free I just want what I worked hard for. This has been consistent all year and I suggest that someone at EA in control of these things gets fired.

Same issue but with - 

ultimate kickoff Troy Polamalu set is not working.

Campus heroes Michael Crabtree set not working.   I have the pieces, and it kicks me out with a server error mssg.

Maybe it is time to dedicate a huge team to this.  Ya'll will never catch up otherwise.  I doubt that if everything somehow worked today, that you even have enough resources to track down and grant everyone what they are owed.  

Fixing two or three things a week is never going to correct all the bugs....

I have found the same issue completing most sets. What I have found is if the card has been upgraded at some point or team chem has been changed ie Murray in Campus heroes. Changed him to Eagles. Then this prompts the issue. I have had this a few times.  Including team diamond set. I had upgraded Kyzir White and card would not go in set. Also if you have put abilities on them in the past this seems to cause the issue as well.  Hope that helps. It shouldn't happen but as with most things this game it seems to be bugged

This is ridiculous 

Well this one is funny, been trying to get the players for the team diamond player i want only to see all the team diamond players gone. I have left sets, mut and even restarted the game and still gone lol. Don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but thought i would give a heads up. Also dailys in the field pass is still broken, have not gotten a coin pack since season 2 started. They are really wanting to quit playing this game lol.

While completing my Jason Witten 92ovr, I had to complete an 87ovr Demarco Murray. After completion of the lower card, I went to add it to the diamond set, only to see all diamonds had disappeared! What is going on EA?! I have 35/37 cards added to the set, holding the last two in my inventory , and can’t even see the sets (team diamonds). What was the point of constant updates that break the game?! And after losing tracking for nearly the whole week, I’m given a 76ovr GG player? That doesn’t make up for anything nor make it okay to IMMEDIATELY have a new bug after accepting the last sad apology. Cmon guys, fix your game man! We spend too much time and money to have such a mediocre product with mediocre support and communication.
