There was an Error retrieving your currency balances

Gamertag is Bill Gorgonzola on Xbox Series X. Starting a new thread because the last one was closed. Getting the “there was an error retrieving your currency balances” error. I don’t play MUT or whatever this currency is for, never have, never will. I just want this error to stop so I can play franchises and mess with my custom rosters.

Please fix this asap.

Started seeing this a few days ago.. not resolved. JPMT32 on PS4, Madden 21. Just wanted to play some Madden

This is happening to me as well on the Xbox s for Madden 21. Gamertag is Jamdots  . It can't find my balance so I can't use the game at all. I don't even have a balance. 

Yeah, It's also happening the same to me for like almost 4 days.

Started popping up a couple days ago

I play on PC, and this has also been happening for last four or five days. 

My madden ultimate team hasn’t been working it says server can’t complete request at this time and unable to get balances is madden 21 down?

@Bandit75238Yeah I’ve been getting these errors too on Xbox One. Been 4 days of this. I can’t even play online seasons. I’ve won the Super Bowl in both events and I’m stuck at “rewards waiting” but whenever I click on either the game just crashes…
