This is getting ANNOYING

I’m trying to play Face of the Franchise and the servers won’t even let me get through ONE game without losing connection. This keeps popping up:

” ERROR

You have lost connection to EA servers. Scores and stats from this game will not be recorded. See www.ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.“

I’ve had to play the same game SEVEN TIMES! I’m so annoyed with this bogus game! I’ve religiously bought every Madden game since it started and this is by far THE WORST GAME YET. EA please help fix this for everyone sake! 🙃

    @tornow41 Wanted to check if you're still seeing connection issues? If so which platform are you playing on?

    Yeah, I'm still having issues. It disconnects at the worst times and I lose all the progress I've made. 

    I'm playing on an Xbox One.

    Hi @tornow41 Thanks for the update, can we trying to go through the following steps first?

    • Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume) 
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates 
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
