Hey Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know about what you are running into with Madden 23, We have recently made some changes and I wanted to confirm if anyone is still getting the error message 'Our servers cannot process your request" When trying to play Madden 23?
If so please let us know the following:

Persona:
What are you attempting to do when you get the error message?
When was the last time you got the error message? (Date/Time)
Are you able to complete other actions, or play other game modes?
What troubleshooting have you done?

Trying to play any mode in Ultimate Team; Head to Head, Solo Challenges, Solo Battles.

I’m able to play Online Head to Head Regular, Franchise Mode. I can’t play anything in MUT.
I’ve done Al the trouble shooting done or asked by EA help agents.

I'm having that same issuse I can't do anything in ultimate team right after I pulled 97 aka Hollywood brown and getting i got a toty 98 sauce gardrner I can't even use them idk what to do

Date this issue started (is it still happening?): The issue began on March 25th.
Is anything else happening? The only thing happening is I continue to get error after error when I try to load into a game in ultimate team.
what was the last action you completed(or last game played) before the error happened? I had signed into another account linked to my ea account which then caused this problem

I'm having the same issue with the Janoris Jenkins Jackrabbit AKA New Class Challenges that started yesterday.
