Unable to access auction house

I am unable to access the auction house. This is devastating I’ve purchased hundreds in packs and to not be able to put my money to use is tragic. I have no email informing of any type of ban & each agent I’ve spoken too has assured the glitch would be fixed in 24 hours and it’s been 3 Days

    It's also the weekend when a lot of people aren't working so possibly, your account hasn't been updated with the ban yet. I'm also about to head out for the day so if these suggestions don't help, it would be good to contact an advisor.

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.

    If power cycling didn't fix this, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox Settings
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    If that doesn't help, try deleting the personal saved data for Madden 23. Press the Guide button and then highlight the Madden 23 tile. Then, hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

  • It’s not a ban though. I have no email and every agent I’ve talked to said I haven’t been banned. I have no ban case in Emmy EA account as well. This is where I was sent to figure this out.

    I'm not seeing the ban either, but it's possible your account hasn't been updated yet to reflect the ban. I can't think of anything else that would lock you out of the auction house. We can try some troubleshooting and see if it helps though. What platform are you playing on?

  • I play on the Xbox Series S and it’s been 3 days. There could be no possible way I’m banned.

  • I am having the same issue.  This is the most frustrating thing. I have reached out multiple times to EA and all I get is an AI response which offers zero help.  I have no access to auction house which is so ridiculous since I have spent money on packs which EA will not let me put on the auction house.  To take a second and think about that is the most horrendous act of any game I have seen when it comes to in game purchases. The fact that I have been waiting on just a response from a human is INSANE!  I am running out of places to try and find a way to get help. I've tried email, Twitter etc.  Some one help!!!
