Unable to access the auction house/trade

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? MUT Squads
Summarize your bug When I go to access the auction house it has a lock on it and when I try to upgrade or trade a player it says this certain feature is unavailable.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The main screen of ultimate team under store
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t access the auction house
What do you expect to see? Access to the auction house

    I’m not understanding how I got an auction house ban for buying packs and selling cards I don’t use to create a theme team ?

    This isn't something that we can help out with over Answers HQ, live support or through EA Help. You'll need to submit a dispute with Terms of Service to see if the ban can be lifted.

    The same thing happened to me. I wrongfully got banned about three weeks ago. And as soon as I got banned I emailed EA and called them many times to review my case and no one is helping me. Any time I call I get told it’ll be resolved within the next couple days. It has now been almost three weeks and I get no responses from my emails. This isn’t fair at all. I spend so much money on the game I deserve to play it at its full potential. I am frustrated because it seems no one will help me.

    I see your case is still under review. If you haven't heard anything by Monday, let us know and we'll get it escalated again.

    Thank you for the response I’m not asking for much all I’m asking is you guys review my case so I can play the game I spend so much money on. The auction house is a huge part of the game as I can’t get players to upgrade my team. I spend way too much money on madden cash to get bundles for something like this to happen. I would understand if it took couple days but it’s been almost three weeks. That isn’t fair. But thank you for the response.

    Hello sir, it is now Monday and I have not heard anything yet. May you please help me, this issue is way over due and I just want to get back to playing my Ultimate Team to its full potential. Thank you

    Thank you for the update. I have escalated your case again. Please keep an eye on your email. If you don't have a response by next Monday, let me know. We're facing a very large influx of cases due to the recent increase in people playing our games so it can take longer than expected to get a response. I'm very sorry for the frustration ☹️

    @EA_Aljo I bought a bunch of packs and sold all of the players I pulled and now my auction house is locked, it makes no sense how that happens, please fix this because now all the coins I acquired I can’t use. PLEASE fix this ASAP
