Unable to unlink/ link my twitch to EA account

Are the below steps the ones that bring you to the broken link? 

I NEED TO UNLINK MY ACCOUNTS

Did you link the wrong EA Account to your Twitch account? Disconnecting Electronic Arts from your Twitch account in your Twitch Connection Settings won’t unlink your accounts.

Follow our steps here to make sure you get unlinked:

1. Click Contact Us at the top of help.ea.com.
2. Choose Madden 20 or Madden 21 as your game.
3. Pick the platform that you play on.
4. Click Twitch Prime for the topic.
5. Click Account link issue for the issue.
6. Choose an answer from the dropdown for the question: Are you playing on the xCloud?
7. Select a contact option.
   • You may be asked to log in to your EA account if you haven’t already.
8. There will be a recommended support option at the bottom of the page that will say, “Make sure you're logged in to your EA Account on EA Help first, then click here to unlink with our tool.”
9. Click on the link provided, and you should be redirected to a page letting you know your EA and Twitch accounts have successfully been unlinked.

Once you’ve unlinked your EA Account from your Twitch account, you’ll need to unlink your accounts from Twitch, too.

1. Go to twitch.tv.
2. Go to your Settings.
3. Click Connections.
4. Scroll down to Other connections.
5. Click Disconnect next to Electronic Arts.

Now that you’ve unlinked your accounts from both ends, you can relink your Twitch account to the right EA Account to start getting your rewards.

@BungaTheG Are you trying to do it from your phone or web browser on a PC?

Same here. I was advise by EA Help on Twitter that you should only really need to Disconnect from Twitch side. But no matter what i do i get this error message as well tried switching  Browsers clearing cache logging in and out loads times. I also cant link my EA account to Twitch no matter what i do and no one at EA can offer any resolution to this "Something went wrong" when trying to link EA account to Twitch. Had long conversation on Twitter with EA Help about this in past 2 Days still no resolution in sight.

No matter how much I try and link my two accounts (EA and Twitch) it will not let me. I tried all last night and it said there was an error and I ended up not getting my crown and being in the stream for 2+ hours. What do I do?

Our teams have seen some recent reports of this and are investigating it. I still encourage you to reach out to our Support team if you haven't yet to help walk you through the account linking process and any troubleshooting.

Have you cleared your browser's cache yet? I recommend doing that before attempting to un-link and link again.

How do I contact support? Ive had this same issue and everytime I try to contact it just brings up the same prompts. And I just end up at the page that I attached.
