Yes, I have reinstalled the game.
You cannot compare stats on H2H online. You cannot check your own stats online as well. I can see the leaderboards.
Will this work for real or are you placating us

My rank is available, but cannot view stats, opponent stats, recent game history, last opponent played, stats for any player when clicking on their name.

This is a major deficiency in the H2H experience. Lack of focus on customers who purchase the game every year (I’ve purchased every year since 1998) to cater to the micro transaction customers is extremely frustrating and will drive me away from buying.
And I thought I was the only one having the exact same issues no stats after head to head no history no wow been trying to get a hold to EA ,3hour hold on phone
Hopefully you get EA on the phone. No stats make the game a lot less appealing.

I think it would be helpful if EA can provide a photo on anyone's account that this is working properly. I have played over 500 games online and haven't played against anyone that is able to see my stats or their own stats after playing. Can we schedule a time so I can play someone from your team? This way they will be able to see first hand what the problem is for every madden H2H online player.

This is insulting. This is a low priority for EA and does not appear like you’re making any attempt at fixing. Stop asking us to put our own information online. It’s not working for anyone.
Will we ever be able to compare and see stats in head to head online?? Pretty please!
