Upgrading from Xbox One to PS5 (transferring MUT account)
I currently own Madden 23, All-Madden edition, for Xbox One. The console is a dinosaur and I'm finally ready to upgrade. After diligent research, I would like to switch to a ps5. However, I do not want to lose my Madden Ultimate Team progress. I'm an avid MUT player and I've dedicated time, effort, and money into the game mode. I really love it and think you guys have done a great job at EA! I understand that it is not a straightforward process to move that information across systems, but I humbly ask the team at EA to transfer my MUT account information over. If it is not possible, I would be equally grateful to receive my MUT team value in coins (~3,500,000). I fully understand that switching consoles, I will have to re-purchase Madden 23 for ps5 and I accept that. I have purchased every madden since Madden 2005 and I'm a beyond-loyal customer who routinely spends money on the game. Please consider helping me out. Thank you for your consideration and I genuinely wish the EA team great success.

HI @Dobeezy3zy Thanks for reaching out on the forums and letting us know where you want to take your game. To confirm we do not offer a service to move progress from one platform to another (either in actual progress or account value).
Moving the same save from platform to platform has been called cross-progression or cross-save, which was not included with Madden 23, If you move to the next generation of your platform (so from Xbox one to Series X|S) on the All-Madden edition you will have an option for duel entitlement, for more information on this check out our FAQ page.
