- @EA_Barry Yeah this getting beyond ridiculous. Bad enough 60% of saves will be gone. U guys need to be offering everyone refunds at this point. It takes my league an entire month to set everything up for the new cycle. We still can't get in, and we aren't putting all that work back in just to start over, so the game is now useless.
- @RyanW_3529 I'm sure that @EA_Berry and the EA team will be issuing us refunds. They put out a product that is and has been broken despite falsely claiming it was the "most polished ever".. .that was a bold face lie.
EA - let us know how and when you'll make it right to franchise players. Sure you'll get back ASAP - @fireballer55 I agree w/ the statement, but knowing how EA can be, I'd be shocked if they actually did issue refunds. But PS and Microsoft should be on them as well about issuing them.
This game for real needs fixed though. Can't continue to build on old broken code. They need to take time off and rebuild the whole thing. This is unacceptable. For a game that had much better gameplay than recent yrs, the modes themselves have been so destructive, making the game completely unplayable. So much needs done to make up for this entire series the last few yrs. They won't fix it since they can't even respond on these forums. At this point it's clear that EA doesn't care if their product doesn't work as long as you guys keep buying it since they have a monopoly.
@fsabala11185 oh yeah, I've given them countless chances to do the right thing and issue a refund, I've requested it here, submitted a request, but they just punt ownership to Xbox (MSFT) or PS (Sony).
@EA_Barry - you say to pay attention to Madden Directs but why? The last update on 12/31 included, "We will communicate an updated timeline next week around the potential restoration of save files from a backup." Sure, I paid attention to Madden Direct but did EA? Did EA follow through yet again on anything franchise? Nah. Where is our refund? Where is our make good for a broken game we bought under false promise of being the most polished ever? Will Clint take ownership and issue an apology? Issue us a refund?
- @fireballer55 Yeah, I don't want an apology, that's for sure. I want the refund. As u said, countless times they've been given chance after chance, and they continue to fail. Nothing gets done, and this game has been a mess for yrs. It's just sad at this point.
- @EA_Barry It’s been like 2 weeks someone from @ea needs to say something…..1st about the franchises being restored 2nd about a reimbursement for this game…..it’s January and my fantasy league that me and 32 of my friends buy this game every year for and have yet to complete a full season
@EA_Barry - when will EA care to respond? You have endless franchise users that continue to have massive problems and EA doesn't even own their message. EA said it would respond within a week on 12/31. Let me help with the Math, a week is seven days. That means by 1/6, it is now 1/12 without a word. EA is so awesome they bricked it even further after pushing their title update.
Clint really going to never just be honest and real. Just keeping with "Most Polished"? Give Franchise users an update, issue a refund or free code for Madden '24 and apologize for lying that it was the most polished ever. This game is BROKEN!
Take a look at your own channel and see how many MUT comments you've posted since 12/31. Be better than this, EA said one week on 12/31, we didn't put that into your writing. EA, be better!
Heck, EA can't even get your title update to not brick the game! Can't wait for a dumb video from Seann with empty promises.
We both know you won't respond and actually answer anything. Show me differently, show the community EA still cares at all because all your action suggestion one thing, you don't give a crap!
- @ugonalurn2day @fireballer55 They dc. At this point they've got their $, and will remain silent. Clearly nothing is gonna get fixes, not that it matters when 60% of effected franchises aren't recoverable anyway. EA just doesn't care about the consumer. That's been evident for yrs. Franchise players have been the backbone of this game, and all we ever get is a 1/2 working mode.
